Instek Digital announces its new series of extended storage, the
DS2400-JB series and DS2400-IP series. This new generation video surveillance storage delivers high speed connectivity via 12Gb/s SAS, which is a double increase to the previous DS2300 series. It offers high performance, exceptional storage expandability and connection flexibility for high resolution surveillance video.
The DS2400-JB series are available in multiple form factors; 2U 12-bays, 3U 16-bays and 4U 60-bays. It is available in single and dual controller configurations and 80 PLUS power supplies by default.
Also introducing is the DS2400-IP and offers enterprise-grade data services, such as snapshot and volume copy/mirror to make multiple backups simple and quick. It is available in 4U rackmount with 24 bays, 3U rackmount with 16 bays and 2U rackmount with 12 bays. Also additional expansion is possible with a maximum of 444 drives.
Instek Digital new DS2400 series brings affordable and flexible video surveillance storage, for companies that require additional local or remote storage.
