Digital Watchdog adds Field Applications Engineer to support partner integrators
Digital Watchdog (DW), a provider of digital recorders, surveillance cameras and related management software, announces the appointment of security industry veteran Jay Kelly to the position of Field Applications Engineer.
Digital Watchdog (DW), a provider of digital recorders, surveillance cameras and related management software, announces the appointment of security industry veteran Jay Kelly to the position of Field Applications Engineer.
 
In his new role, Mr. Kelly is responsible to support the Digital Watchdog sales team members and integrators with installations in North America. He will help with the planning of systems and overcoming technical issues with existing systems, create training materials and author technical collateral. Mr. Kelly joins DW with more than 25 years of networking and video surveillance system technical experience.

Most recently, Mr. Kelly was Senior Systems Engineer for Premier Security Group. He was Sales Engineer for March Networks for 17 years, where he assisted and supported members of the sales staff, supported customers, trained integrators and end users, participated in the troubleshooting of technical issues and worked with R&D to help resolve product issues.
