Vidsys, a leading global software technology manufacturer of Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) and Converged Security and Information Management (CSIM) software, announced continued investments to support its strategic partnerships and international expansion.
With a rapidly growing customer base and global partnerships, Vidsys has recently undergone major renovations and upgrades to support key strategic partnership programs and business development activities. Over the past year, Vidsys’ software was leveraged by major international events such as the Republican National Convention, the Boston Marathon, the NCAA Final Four, the Formula One Grand Prix in Abu Dhabi, and the 2017 Super Bowl, among many other new projects.
To support this growth, Vidsys has expanded its facilities to include more meeting spaces, training centers, and technology collaboration labs. The new training center will host the company’s key partners, integrators and customers to provide Administrator Training and hands-on training of the Vidsys platform. A new facility also includes a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) with a full video wall and other partner technologies integrated with the Vidsys software to demonstrate dozens of specific vertical market solutions, including Smart and Safe City applications.
Vidsys software increases situational awareness and situation management for customers, leading to shorter response times and reducing installation and training time in operations center environments. This provides customers the extended capability to manage security by creating a versatile, common operational picture while facilitating collaboration among operators, managers and other stakeholders.
“This expansion and investment represents an updated look-and-feel that reflects where Vidsys is headed as a company,” said James Chong, CEO of Vidsys. “We are excited to be opening these new facilities to benefit our customers and partners, as well as increasing collaboration space for our employees who are critical to our company’s success.”
