DIGIEVER NVR new firmware FW2.1.0.61 released
DIGIEVER, a company of IP video surveillance management system, launched new firmware 2.1.0.61 for Linux-embedded DIGIEVER NVR server. In firmware 2.1.0.61, DIGIEVER offers a huge update on DIGIEVER NVR that intensifies 4K IP camera’s benefits and optimize the maintenance for IP video surveillance.

Region of interest (ROI)
With the increasing demand for high definition and the development of imaging technology, 4K UHD becomes the trend in IP video surveillance market. One 4K UHD camera can cover large field of view for more detail image.

DIGIEVER develops region of interest (ROI) allowing users to experience the full benefits of high megapixel cameras. Users can monitor 5 or 7 regional images from one camera on an individual page. If there are two monitors, security guard can monitor live videos on one monitor and check ROI images on the other monitor.

Manual recording
For unpredictable event situation, users like security guard can quickly execute manual recording on the selected camera on liveview page to easily save videos as key event evidence.

When the event is solved, users can stop manual recording via right-click menu anytime. The most important point is that manual recording will not change the original recording setting on DIGIEVER NVR.

Event group mechanism: event lifted for digital output
As IP video surveillance is a crucial line of emergency avoidance, DIGIEVER develops event group mechanism to ensure IP video surveillance system works properly, including DIGIEVER NVR, IP cameras and hard disk drive.

Users will get continuous alarm from NVR’s built-in digital output until all events are solved. It is a high-efficient method to maintain DIGIEVER IP video system to reduce maintenance errors causing from human factors. For example, people may easily ignore momentary NVR event notification and do not execute further system checking.

Comprehensive compatible capability
With the advance of security camera technology, DIGIEVER keeps integrating newly launched IP cameras and related IP video surveillance products. Until now, DIGIEVER has been successfully integrated with over 100 IP camera brands and more than 5000 models, which allows users have ability to guard their region in a more intelligent way.

“DIGIEVER consistently creates the vision of future video surveillance solution in many aspects of security needs, such as real-time high-definition monitoring, complete event and action management, friendly maintenance mechanism." said Aslan Zheng, Product Manager of DIGIEVER. "We believe DIGIEVER NVR surveillance solution is ideal for various vertical markets."
