Image Sensing Systems, the developer of intelligent transportation systems (ITS) above-ground detection technology, named Ezekiel “Zeke” Kruglick, Ph.D. as a Technical Advisor to the Executive Chairman and Board of Directors.

Dr. Kruglick is currently the CEO of Ardent Research, a full service research and development boutique firm specializing technology development. He has served on the board of directors of multiple companies, both private and public. Dr. Kruglick received his B.S. in electrical engineering from UCLA and his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from UC Berkeley. He has numerous patents issued or pending, has published a number of technical papers and has been featured in several notable publications. He has worked for various universities and several commercial companies including three start-ups that successfully developed new technology products.

As the Technical Advisor, Dr. Kruglick will be contributing to the technical research and development (R&D) of Image Sensing Systems’ (ISS) radar and computer vision technology. In addition, he will be participating in the review and advancement of ISS’s patent portfolio and intellectual property strategy.
