The integration provides a personalised and user-friendly service to fulfil differing visitor requirements at various sites.

Arke utilizes a user’s mobile phone to bring PIN-based visitor management to Paxton’s Net2 access control. Users send an SMS containing the mobile number of their visitor through to the Arke system. Requests are then vetted before a PIN is sent to the visitor, also via SMS. Usage on the site is monitored by the Arke client, and PINs are invalidated after use.
