From being an entirely Swedish team, Zaplox is now represented in both the US and in Europe, but the head office in Lund will still be the base for all technology development.
The hospitality business has experienced an accelerating need for digital development, and the mobile key and mobile guest journey are among the main focus areas. With integrations to several of the biggest lock providers like Assa Abloy Hospitality, Kaba and Salto, Zaplox is well prepared to be a key player in this rapidly changing market. With a strong technology base and a highly customer-oriented offer developed together with existing customer and partners, Zaplox now wants to keep its momentum and gain market shares.
Zaplox’ main owners are Industrifonden, LMK Venture and the German investor 4M Beteiligung. These three existing owners are also investing the majority of the additional funding of 15 MSEK.
