Image Sensing Systems announced that Andrew T. Berger has been appointed Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Image Sensing Systems announced that Andrew T. Berger has been appointed Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. In this capacity Berger will have all the duties of the Chairman, and in addition, his duties will include leading the company’s officers and management in the day-to-day operations of the company.

Andrew Berger, Image Sensing Systems Executive Chairman, said, “I’d like to thank Jim Bracke for his recommendation and support to become Image Sensing System’s Executive Chairman. Jim’s leadership has been critical in recent years, successfully shepherding the Company through a challenging FCPA investigation and the sale of the ANPR division. Today the company possesses both valuable technology assets and a talented team. We are now in the process of positioning ISS for renewed growth in its traffic detection solutions business lines.”

Jim Bracke stated, “Andrew is an excellent strategic thinker and has fit seamlessly into the Image Sensing Systems boardroom. Our shareholders will benefit from his experience and fresh perspective.”

Jim Bracke will continue to serve on the Image Sensing Systems Board of Directors.


Berger is the Managing Member of AB Value Management, which serves as the General Partner of AB Value Partners. Berger has nearly two decades of experience in investment analysis, investment management, and business consulting. From March 1998 through January 2002, Berger served as Equity Analyst for Value Line. Since February 2002, Berger has served as President of Walker's Manual, an investment publisher that he transformed into a business consulting company whose clients have included public and private companies.
