Siklu releases 2-Gigabit E-band radios to accelerate capacity-hungry networks
Siklu, a company focused in millimeter-wave (mmWave) technology, announced the release of EtherHaul-2200F and EtherHaul-2200FX mmWave radios to create bandwidth-rich and interference-free connectivity for wireless networks. The new products are based on Siklu’s all-silicon EtherHaul platform, and deliver scalable 2-gigabit capacity to wireless networks in a fast and cost-effective way.
Siklu, a company focused in millimeter-wave (mmWave) technology, announced the release of EtherHaul-2200F and EtherHaul-2200FX mmWave radios to create bandwidth-rich and interference-free connectivity for wireless networks. The new products are based on Siklu's all-silicon EtherHaul platform, and deliver scalable 2-gigabit capacity to wireless networks in a fast and cost-effective way.

Siklu's new radios resolve a vital need for abundant network capacity in numerous broadband applications. Demands resulting from heavier than ever data traffic over today's  crowded networks leave networks crying out for bandwidth. The new 2-gigabit solutions enhances the aggregation, backhaul, and connectivity of multiple urban and commercial vertical markets, such as business and residential broadband, video surveillance, Wi-Fi and mobile backhaul.

"The newest 2-Gigabit wireless solution perfects the most comprehensive mmWave family of products on the market," said Itzik Ben Bassat, CEO of Siklu. "The new EH-2200 series addresses the ever increasing demand for higher capacity networks. Their flexibility, ease of integration and fast deployment help service providers, as well as private network owners, enhance their customers' experience and remain competitive."

The carrier-grade radios are small, and swiftly integrate into mobile networks expediting modifications and expansions. Diminishing latency and efficiently utilizing the narrow beams in the abundant mmWave spectrum, the radios pave the way for interference-free, high-capacity service. It can allow for wireless solutions with less units, less energy and lower associated pole attachment fees.
