Panasonic, a global company of video surveillance cameras and solutions, announced the expansion of its video recorder portfolio with the WJ-NV300 Network Disk Recorder, an All-in-One IP video surveillance solution for small to medium businesses such as retail, banks, schools and offices.
The NV300 supports up to 32 network cameras and offers ease of use as well as the benefits of high image quality, increased flexibility and functionality, and a low Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). The compact, 2U-sized, robust recorder provides a user a full-featured IP video surveillance system including viewing, recording, alarm functions, searching, networking, management and optional intelligent video features.
The NV300 provides PC-less operation that enables users to set it up in a few minutes and operate just about all features from the main display without running a PC. With two units of the WJ-HDE400 Hard Disk Extension Unit, the NV300 is expandable up to 80TB which is large enough to store videos of Full HD at 30fps from 32 cameras for over three months. Combining with the Panasonic 360- degree network cameras, the NV300 reduces the blind areas effectively. The NV300 de-warps and plays back the recorded fisheye-view video on the monitor. TheWJ-NVF30 Additional Business Intelligent Kit adds face matching feature such as the people counting and the age and gender statistical reports that are helpful to improve business.
