Integrated security manufacturer TDSi is celebrating the expansion of its Customer Care team with the appointment of new members Louise White and Dan Clark. Louise and Dan will play a vital role directly advising and helping customers - whilst processing orders, managing returns and tracking order progress.
The latest growth of the team follows the recent announcement by TDSi of a 15% rise in turnover, as John Davies, Managing Director, elaborated, Customer Care is an absolutely essential part of any successful business and it is an area in which TDSi can pride itself.
This latest recruitment follows news of the recent appointment of TDSi's new apprentices, with Stephanie Herridge joining TDSi's Finance Department, Amanda Wright its Product Development team and Hannah Collins assisting the Operations department.
