XTS Corporation announces the recent integration of its megapixel IP camera line with the exacqVision video management system (VMS) software.
This integration allows users to build a total video surveillance solution combining the performance and value of XTS cameras with the multiple camera-monitoring, search and recording functionality of the exacqVision VMS software. The integration leverages XTS's XtremeNet II Series motion detection to analyze scenes for motion and communicate that information to exacqVision, allowing the system to record only when motion occurs, for reduced storage needs.
The exacqVision VMS software is a true open architecture video surveillance and recording system. The XTS cameras connected to exacqVision servers can be viewed and administrated from client software available for Windows, Linux and Mac OSX operating systems. The freely distributed client software connects to an unlimited number of exacqVision servers, providing a truly scalable surveillance solution.
“We are pleased to support the XtremeNet II IP cameras,” said Felipe Arguello, Exacq Latin America Sales Manager. “Its product line works seamlessly with the exacqVision VMS software.” Leonardo Sanchez, XTS CORP Product Development Manager & Technical Support Manager mentions,“With fundamental alliances like this, XTS Corp continues to make technological improvements that are placing the brand at the forefront of video security solutions. The excellent video quality and complete integration of the XtremeNet II Series will allow customers to get more value from their exacqVision environment. XTS is proud in becoming a partner with Exacq Technologies and together will enhance any surveillance environment.”The XtremeNet II IP camera line includes bullet, minidome, speed dome and new panoramic models with resolutions ranging from 1.3 to 5.0 megapixels.
