A longstanding company, Creatus has been around for 33 years. The company first started as a distributor for office products such as time recorders and paper shredders. Slowly, the company branched out into different industries ranging from banking, IT, to security. The company is divided into two parts – IT solutions and security solutions. Notably, the company implemented the distribution management system for Netflix and Johnson & Johnson. As for its security aspect, Creatus carries high-end security products such as metal detector gates from Ceia, access control from Kaba, and face recognition solutions from FaceFirst.

Now, the company dominates the banking sector in Thailand. All the money in the banks' ATMs must pass through Creatus' bank note sorting machines to differentiate between new and old bank notes. Banks are also slowly starting to implement metal detectors in their different branches, starting from locations such as bank headquarters due to the high-profile nature of its frequenters.

Creatus prides itself not only in the products they carry, but also the service they provide. The company provides strong customer service to all its clients, with over 60 engineers located nationwide to provide timely assistance. As banks often have high standards and demands, if there is a problem with any of their machines, they are given a 2-hour response time, no matter the location. As a result, the company made sure their engineers are well-trained to answer these demands.
