Kuhn joins Cross Match from IntelliDyne, where he was executive VP and CFO, responsible for overall management of business operations and financial strategies. Previously he served as CFO at several leading venture- or private equity-backed businesses, including NextPoint Networks, and Mobile 365, and at publicly-held OPNET Technologies,where he was a key member of a management team that generated revenue growth, profitability, and positive cash flow during one of the most challenging environments for IT spending. Kuhn began his career in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
