ANV Security Group announced its Chinese subsidiary, Global Intelligence Eye(GIE), has signed an agreement to provide its cloud-based remote monitoring services to international supermarket chain Distribuidora Internacional de Alimentacion (Dia). With more than 300 locations in China, the management tool is expected to boost Dia's organizational awareness and security, which could lead to greater profitability for shareholders.

Since formally launching the GIE service in July 2012, ANV has moved aggressively to sign large franchise operators in China. Customers using the service access the plug-and-play live video to monitor their businesses on a wide variety of devices, including laptops, tablets, and handhelds. With its tiered management capabilities, the GIE platform allows a corporate organization to establish restricted access protocols, so only the most relevant users can remotely view locations on their managerial control.

"Our goal is to see more franchise and business owners utilize the GIE platform in China because we put a realistic tool that provides comfort and security into the hands of the key people where it matters the most," said Wilson Wang, Chairman of ANV.
