The program was created to enhance the value of the PSA relationship to its vendor partners and subsequently to its owners and customers. The PSA PVP has a defined process for evaluating vendor partners. By meeting specific and measurable objectives, vendor partners can become eligible for "premier" status. Premier status includes a variety of opportunities to foster brand visibility and increased sales volume.
