Envysion, the Managed Video as a Service (MVaaS) provider, announced that Boddie-Noell Enterprises has selected Envysion to provide video-driven business intelligence. Boddie-Noell, the operator of more than 330 Hardee's, will utilize Envysion to drive improvements in loss prevention, operations and restaurant profitability.

“Envysion gives us unprecedented visibility into our restaurants so we can quickly identify and correct issues that impact performance,” says Ted Polensky, director of loss prevention at Boddie-Noell Enterprises. “By taking advantage of Envysion's best practice, brand-specific exception reports, we anticipate a significant cash impact in each restaurant every month.”

Envysion seamlessly integrates point of sale data and video to provide a powerful video-driven business intelligence tool. Using Envysion, Boddie-Noell is able to track and reduce high risk transactions indicative of fraud, such as small dollar transactions and excessive voids. In addition, Boddie-Noell's management can leverage the MVaaS solution to review key sales and customer service indicators for individual cashiers, including below average receipt totals or tickets open for an extended period of time. With better insight into both the top and bottom line, Boddie-Noell expects to increase average check amount and reduce fraudulent transactions to drive overall profitability.

“We are excited to be selected by Boddie-Noell and proud to now work with the three largest CKE franchisees. Boddie-Noell's selection of Envysion demonstrates the sustained value and significant impact of video-driven business intelligence,” says Matt Steinfort, president and CEO of Envysion.
