Carey Lefebvre, VP of Sales
Innovative Security Designs announces the appointment of Carey Lefebvre as VP of Sales. Lefebvre, who reports directly to company CEO Ian Johnston, is responsible for leading global sales efforts on behalf of the company.

Lefebvre brings more than 17 years of industry sales experience to ISD and has a strong track record of building high-performance sales and effective business strategies. Prior to joining ISD, he served as Vice President of Sales for Network Optix and served for more than four years as Senior Director of Sales for the Western U.S., Australia and Asia Pacific for Exacq Technologies. During his tenure at Exacq, he successfully developed and implemented aggressive sales and marketing plans that drove demand for the company's video surveillance solutions.

Robert Hile, CEO
Integrated Fire and Security Solutions announced that Robert Hile has been named the company's new CEO, effective immediately. Hile is responsible for leading and driving the company's next phase of expansion and growth in new and existing markets.

Hile contributes more than 20 years of security industry experience and his executive career has involved working for both private and public entities, including Fortune 500 Global companies such asSiemens. Hile served as Senior Director, Enterprise Security Solutions at Siemens Industry Inc., where he led the security division within the Building Technologies group, providing customized solutions for intelligent response and business continuity for global and national accounts. Previously, Hile was Director, Integrated Security Solutions at Siemens, where he spearheaded the delivery of complex integrated solutions for cities and critical infrastructure organizations. Over the course of his career, he has held senior-level positions with G4S, Convergint Technologies, GVI Security Solutions and TAC. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and currently serves on the Security Industry Association educational advisory board. Hile is also former Chairman of the Physical Security Interoperability Alliance.

Juliet Morphew, Dallas District Commercial Sales Manager
Protection 1 announced that Juliet Morphew has been promoted to Dallas district commercial sales manager. Morphew joined the Protection 1 Dallas sales team in 2011 and brings more than 20 years of industry experience to her new role.

In 1994, Morphew co-founded a life safety systems engineering and installation company in Dallas-Fort Worth and later expanded to include two sister companies. After selling her business interests, she continued her career as a business development and finance consultant for small businesses in the contracting industry.

David Wear,Executive VP CFO and  Company Secretary

Identive Group announced that David Wear, 44, has joined the Company as Executive VP, Finance, and will be based at the Company's offices in Ismaning, Germany.

Wear will assume the role of Executive VP, CFO and Company Secretary on July 1, 2012, replacing Melvin Denton-Thompson, who will remain with the Company as Executive Vice President for Special Projects through March 31, 2013 to, among other things, facilitate the transition of the CFO role. Wear has nearly 25 years' experience in finance and financial management on a global basis, with significant experience in the security industry. For more than 15 years he served in regional and divisional management roles within the security businesses of United Technologies Corporation (UTC), where his responsibilities included regional oversight of internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. As a regional CFO, he managed financial operations and reporting for the UTC Fire and Security, Chubb and Williams subsidiaries in Europe and Asia and oversaw the transition from UK GAAP to US GAAP. Most recently Wear was responsible for finance transformation and restructuring programs for the $1.0 billion UK operations of UTC Fire and Security. He qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant in 1991.
