After around 40 years of dynamic entrepreneurial activity, Thomas Geutebruck, the founder of Geutebruck GmbH, bids farewell to his active leadership role. He will continue to offer his extensive knowledge on a consultative basis.

There has been careful preparation for this generational change of senior management. Katharina Geutebruck has been a successful director in the company since 1999. She has been responsible for the marketing, sales, finance, human resources and internal IT areas. Christoph Hoffmann, who to date has been the product strategy and support manager will now take up the vacated chair of joint managing director on March 1st. In addition to his previous duties, he will now also be responsible for development and operations. With his technical expertise and many years of experience as an employee and manager within the company, his appointment, brings new strength to senior management.

The joint managing directors, Katharina Geutebruck (44 years) and Christoph Hoffmann (46 years) represent a rejuvenation of the upper level of management. They will continue to develop the company strategy by common agreement and with close co-operation with the department managers. The aim remains unaltered, to safeguard a sustainable future for the family company through independence and healthy growth.
