“When we find an opportunity to grow our market share that makes sense, we're going to take it,” said Protection 1 President and CEO Timothy J. Whall. “ICON management had been looking to exit the industry and wanted to choose a partner who would provide their customers with highest level of service. Protection 1 is that choice. We work tirelessly to provide all of our accounts with superior service, and that is exactly what ICON wanted for their customers.”
“Onboarding these customers is important to us and provides our team the opportunity to showcase our focus on the customer experience,” said Protection 1 Chief Marketing & Customer Experience Officer Jamie Haenggi. “Customers will receive a mailing to their homes which will include new yard signs, decals and special Welcome offers, as well as information about what they can expect from their new provider. Our teams will also be following up with phone calls to ensure we proactively answer any questions or concerns these new customers may have.”
