The former Director of Cage and Count for City of Dreams, Macau, McCarthy was responsible for overseeing the Casino's Cash and Chip flow operations and worked closely with Executive Management to ensure that the property's Cage and Count Operations were in accordance with overall business objectives and EBITDA targets. With over 15 years' experience in Cage currency operations, including an extensive background in VIP and Junket Casino operation. McCarthy has been instrumental achieving benchmark standards in the Gaming industry. In addition to assisting with the opening of City of Dreams, McCarthy was also involved in the opening of Altria (formerly Crown Macau) as Cage Manager and prior to moving to Macau, held a number of increasingly responsible positions with Crown Casino in Melbourne, Australia.

Dave Riley, Head of Sales
Dave Riley has been promoted by leading surveillance solutions manufacturer CBC, becoming the company's Head of Sales for the UK & Ireland. Dave joined CBC earlier this year as Senior Sales Consultant with the CCTV Division, bringing with him an impressive 37 years' security industry experience.
Riley is now concentrating on strengthening customer support for CBC's rapidly expanding systems in retail and other commercial security applications, ensuring that installers, system integrators, end users and others' benefit from the company's wide range of advanced systems. These include the Ganz range of analogue, IP, megapixel and HD cameras, along with complementary white-light and IR lighting, DVRs and network recording equipment, new low-cost LED monitors, and CBC's full line-up of high quality Computer lenses.

Wavestore continues to strengthen its technical team with the announcement that Gavin Fountain has been appointed as a Technical Support Engineer.
Fountain has worked within the security industry for six years. Prior to joining Wavestore he performed a pre and post sales support role for New Zealand based Intek Security Group, a nationwide wholesaler of CCTV systems, Intruder Alarm and Access Control products.
