Vizzara has equipped the chapel of the Intercession of the Most Holy Mother of God and the Intercession Parish clergy house with an integrated security system. The project was ordered by the Parish of the Church of the Nativity of the Most Holy Mother of God in Ribatskoye, St. Petersburg diocese of the Moscow Patriarchate of the Russian Orthodox Church.

In connection with repeated anonymous threats to inflict damage on the parish's property, as well as increasing instances of icon theft, Vizzara offered to equip the chapel and the clergy house with a video surveillance system.

Vizzara's specialists studied the sites and drew up a plan for an indoor and outdoor video surveillance system designed to record and help prevent unlawful acts against the parish's property and parishioners.

The core of the video surveillance system is a video server made by Vizzara with Axxon software installed. As the surveillance post is located remotely, a decision was made to install an Axis IP server in the church to which four video cameras are connected. An Axis network camera with an embedded microphone was also installed in the church, thanks to which it is now possible to broadcast services on the parish's website.

Intellect system was installed by Vizzara for the Church of the Nativity of the Most Holy Mother of God in Rybatskoye, St. Petersburg, Russia. In the clergy house an access control system was installed and integrated into Intellect, and indoor and outdoor cameras were added. Presently there are 17 video cameras connected to a video server.

The need also arose to limit vehicle entry into the parking lot located on the parish grounds during the nighttime hours. For this purpose the installation of automatic vehicle entry systems and linking them to the Axxon video surveillance system is planned.

The implemented security system has already proven its effectiveness; the video cameras have recorded the unlawful actions of certain persons intending to steal the property of the church's parishioners. The quality of the images received allows the intruders to be unambiguously identified; this information is being used by law enforcement agencies in their investigations.
