Seguricorp, with annual sales of more than $48 million and approximately 3,750 employees, has nationwide coverage in guarding services. The company has a strong position in the customer segment mining industry.
Securitas has also acquired the security services company Consultora Videco in Argentina. Enterprise value is estimated to be more than $41 million.
Videco, with annual sales of more than $41 million and approximately 2,240 employees, is operating in the state of Buenos Aires. The company is mainly operating in guarding services, in many different customer segments.
Chubb Security Personnel Limited in the U.K. was recently acquired by Securitas. Chubb has annual sales of more than $195 million. The enterprise value is estimated to be more than $53 million.
