In February, Safeguard entered into a formal agreement with TK Security Group of Dallas, Texas, to market Safeguard's product lines in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana. TK Security Group has more than 800 representatives marketing security products and services through its value added resellers (VAR) dealer network. TK's dealers supply security products and services to security integrators which have customers throughout the U.S.
