Cross Match Technologies appointed David Buckley as the company's President and CEO.

Buckley was the CEO of Vectronix, a Safran Group company and Leader in optronics and advanced systems designed for the military and first responders. Under his guidance, the company quickly grew from a small reseller of quality products to a full integrator of mission-critical solutions for the military. Formerly, Buckley was President and CEO of Modtech Holdings and he also held senior leadership positions at General Electric Company and Price Waterhouse.

Buckley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy where he focused on optical physics, and a Masters in Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business where he studied operational management. Active in his local community, Buckley is a familiar speaker at various professional events throughout the country and also coaches youth football and lacrosse.

IQinVision announced a series of personnel promotions, additions and enhancements to the company's sales and support organizations in response to the continuing growth of the company.

IQinVision promoted Lisa Bradshaw to the position of Director of Sales for the Western U.S. and Canada, and Wade Norman as the Director of Sales for the Eastern Region of the U.S.

Chad Schermerhorn has joined IQinVision in the position of Regional Sales Manager, Northwest Territory (Alasks, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Nevada) and is based in Portland, Oregon. Through his tenure in the security industry, he has developed professional relationships with a network of contractors, distributors, end users, engineers and integrators within the Pacific Northwest territory.

Bud Eula has joined the company as the new Regional Sales Manager, Southwest Territory (California, Hawaii) and is based out of Livermore, California. Eula comes to IQinVision with recent experience at Nice Systems and Verint, and has a long history of working with integrators, consultants, distributors, and end users in the development of advanced security solutions.

IQinVision's new Regional Sales Manager, Mid-Atlantic Territory (Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware) is Doug Dickinson, based in Leesburg, Virginia. After a military career, Dickinson progressed through roles in operations, marketing and sales for a number of telecom equipment manufacturers.

Colleen Callaghan is the newest member of the Technical Support team. Callaghan brings more than four years of experience in the video surveillance and network camera industry, formerly working with Dedicated Micros. She has more than10 years experience as a tech support specialist and Sales Engineer, and holds certifications in LAN/WAN networking. Callaghan is multilingual, providing support and training in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. With her addition to the Tech Support team, the company has enhanced both their breadth of support and hours of operation.

David Needham has been appointed as key Account Manager for the North East, the U.K. and Ireland. Daren Lang, who has been with Axis for four years, has been appointed as Business Development Manager and will be responsible for overseeing the Application Development Partner programme and the Technology Partner programme in the Northern Europe.

In addition, Viktor Svarm has been appointed as Regional Trainer for Northern Europe to play a key role in the Axis Communications' Academy training programme.

David Needham joins Axis from Panasonic where he was Northern area Sales Manager for the U.K. and Ireland. Prior to that, he worked with GE Fiber Communications where he specialized in fiber optic solutions for surveillance and broadcast solutions.

Daren Lang has spent more than 15 years in the electronic security industry, four of them with Axis, and has overseen many major developments in this sector, not least the transition from analog to digital surveillance. Lang has been directly involved in a number of projects utilizing surveillance technology, including sophisticated analytics and one of the very first HDTV surveillance systems in the U.K.

Svarm has a strong training and technical background and in his new role at Axis will be responsible for all training in the Northern Europe region and will focus initially on the Axis Communications Academy, introducing new training courses for Axis' partners in the region
