Building Protection Systems (BPSI), the developers of the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) detection system to protect critical facilities and buildings, announced that their technology has been selected by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as part of a US$250 million small-business award. BPSI’s partner, Trofholz Technologies, (TTI) has been awarded a contract to provide electronic security systems for the U.S. Army Corps. As part of TTI’s contract, BPSI will provide its U.S. Department of Homeland Security SAFETY Act with CBRN contaminate detection. This $250 million contract is a three-year award with a two-year option.
