Securitas has acquired the security services company Nordserwis in Poland. Enterprise value is estimated to more than US$1 million.
Nordserwis is a local security services company, which was established in the northeastern region of Poland. The company has a diversified customer portfolio, operates within security services, including mobile services and has annual sales of approximately $2 million with about 250 employees.
With this acquisition, Securitas will further strengthen its operation in northeastern Poland.
The Polish commercial security market is highly fragmented, however consolidation processes are observed. The whole security market value is estimated to $1566 million with approximately 200,000 security employees.
