Iron Sky Provides Real-Time Video Images to US Public-Safety Officers

The Midtown Alliance recently went live with a browser-based surveillance system from Iron Sky. Midtown Blue officers will be able to access camera footage using a map-based interface with just mouse clicks.

"Our surveillance program has been running for more than five years, resulting in more than 700 arrests; however, it was becoming outdated,” said Colonel Wayne Mock of Midtown Blue. “We needed a company that could keep up with latest video technology. Iron Sky understands the needs of law enforcement, and its map-based software is very easy to use."

The alliance will migrate existing surveillance cameras to new surveillance cameras and integrate third-party devices to deliver smooth and sharp video footage with the highest resolution available. The wireless network will help officers resolve cases faster.

“Midtown Blue's approach to law enforcement, and Iron Sky's ability to design public-safety solutions has been a great fit,” said Bob Carter, GM of Georgia, Iron Sky.
