  • The VIA-Pro system was developed using a variety of technological innovations, including advanced wireless, bi-directional RF communications technology. The motion sensor features advanced digital PIR (Passive InfraRed) technology integrated with a .2 lux camera and night vision illuminators for superior performance. When triggered, the camera captures video and compresses it as an MPEG file that is sent to the panel. The encrypted Videofied alarm

    is then sent to the central station.

    The VIA-Pro system was developed in Europe in response to strict laws that require visual verification of alarms  either by video or a security guard. Police response time for the Videofied alarms was significantly faster than those alarms verified by security guards. * 50,000 systems have been installed in Europe, and not a single false police dispatch or false alarm fine has been reported.
