Gosch comes to Swann from The McGraw-Hill Companies where he served as the Technology Editor. In this role, Gosch developed training materials for technology projects and trained editors on how to implement these projects. Prior to McGraw-Hill, Tyson spent more than 10 years at Pepperdine University acting as the school's technology liaison. Gosch managed Pepperdine"s academic department's implementation of technology and supported staff in their use of it. Additionally, Gosch is a graduate of Pepperdine University, where he earned a bachelor's in liberal arts and a master's in educational technology.

"Our search for the ideal Training and Merchandising Manager position was an extensive one. The position requires a very specific and unique skill set, which is not easy to find," said Keith Oldridge, Swann Security President and Vice Chairman. "Gosch possesses the rare combination of technical know-how and exceptional interpersonal skills that should serve our network of retail partners well."
