ADI announced that Surajit Biswas has been named as Director of Marketing, Asia Pacific of ADI Global Distribution, effective March 1. In his new role, Biswas will be responsible for driving all activities related to marketing for ADI Asia Pacific Business while forging stronger and closer relationships with our vendors. He will report to Randy Teague, VP of Marketing, ADI Global Distribution and have matrix reporting to Harish Vellat, MD, ADI Asia Pacific.

Biswas has been associated with ADI for more than four years and advanced through a series of roles with increasing responsibility within ADI. Most recently, Biswas served as the Director of Vendor and Business Development of ADI Global Distribution, where his responsibilities include working with product management and marketing leaders in EMEA, America and Asia Pacific. All marketing team members in ADI India and ADI Australia will report to Biswas.

Before joining ADI, Biswas has served in various marketing roles in Bosch Security Systems and Philips India. He brings extensive experience of more than 15 years in the communication and security industry.
