Vicon Industries, a designer and producer of integrated IP video surveillance and access control systems, appointed Frank Jacovino to the new position of VP, Corporate Engineering. Jacovino, who reports directly to Vicon's CEO, Ken Darby, immediately assumes responsibility for all engineering functions within the company.

Jacovino, who reports directly to Vicon's CEO, Ken Darby, immediately assumes responsibility for all engineering functions within the company.
Jacovino comes to Vicon with an array of engineering management experience, having previously served as VP of Engineering at Long Island-based Tachtronics International and Robotic Vision Systems. He led engineering teams in bringing commercially successful product to market, from concept to production.
