Paxton Access, a British manufacturer of access control systems, welcomed two new members to its US management team.
Terry Carver has joined Paxton as Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast US. With more than 27 years of experience in access control, Carver is a veteran of the security industry. To date, he has held several high-level positions at US companies including CASI-Rusco, Cardkey Systems, Johnson Controls, PCSC and Pelco.
As Regional Sales Manager, Carver will be responsible for generating new business in his territory. This includes generating demand for Paxton Access products at installer level as well as managing manufacturer representatives and distributors.
Paxton also brought on Tim McCarthy as Senior Product Sales and A&E Manager. McCarthy has worked in the access control industry for more than 20 years in various roles ranging from manufacturing and service, to sales and marketing.
McCarthy is responsible for establishing, maintaining and developing business relationships with architects and engineers across the US. As a Paxton product sales expert, he holds extensive product and market knowledge.
