Safeguard Security Holdings, a provider of corporate, industrial and residential security solutions, announced that its SYSTEMSgroup Protective Services division is expanding its coverage to another gas fired (SES) power plant in central Texas for its largest utility client.
Safeguard Security Holdings, a provider of corporate, industrial and residential security solutions, announced that its SYSTEMSgroup Protective Services division is expanding its coverage to another gas fired (SES) power plant in central Texas for its largest utility client.
SYSTEMSgroup Protective Services, Safeguard's largest security staffing business unit, will begin new security coverage on the central Texas plant beginning January 1, 2010. SYSTEMSgroup Protective Services provides the add-on security coverage on an "as needed" basis. In particular, these additional services add an amount of profitable revenue annually and have increased the existing contract value in excess of $1 million per year throughout the term of the contract. In January 2009, SYSTEMSgroup Protective Services was awarded a new five year more than $32 million contract with the utility company.
