Viscount Systems, a designer and manufacturer of telecommunications and electronic door control access systems for the security industry, announced its MESH EPX system is scheduled to be installed at 25 sites out of the 400 announced in May 2009. The installation will continue through the first quarter of 2010. Based on the scheduled roll out, revenues from the continued deployments should exceed US$300,000 in 2010.
“We have a number of continuing projects underway that should allow us to continue to grow through 2010,” said Stephen Pineau, President and CEO of Viscount. “Revenues from the legacy systems that were the core of Viscount when the company went public are now becoming exhausted. However, the growth of the MESH line has exceeded the reduction in legacy system sales. This will improve our ability to grow over the coming years.”
