Veteran CFO Joins LifeLock Executive Team

LifeLock, a provider in the field of identity theft protection, is expanding its executive staff to meet its needs as it looks toward continued strategic development. The organization announces the latest addition to its executive team, Robert Krakauer, who joins LifeLock as CFO.

LifeLock, a provider in the field of identity theft protection, is expanding its executive staff to meet its needs as it looks toward continued strategic development. The organization announces the latest addition to its executive team, Robert Krakauer, who joins LifeLock as CFO.


With more than 20 years of experience in financial leadership, including more than a decade of experience in the technology sector, Mr. Krakauer will help LifeLock strengthen its financial performance as it prepares to meet the rising demand from consumers for its services. Additionally, Krakauer will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong internal control structure, developing financial practices that help improve execution and preparing financial and accounting systems that support next stage of growth.

Prior to coming to LifeLock, Krakauer served as President and CFO for MagnaChip Semiconductor in Seoul, Korea and served as the Executive VP, Corporate Operations and CFO for Chippac in Fremont, California which he helped go public on NASDAQ.
