Axis Communications Names John Bartolac Government Business Development Manager

Axis Communications, a provider in the network video market, named John Bartolac as its business development manager for the government industry segment.

Axis Communications, a provider in the network video market, named John Bartolac as its business development manager for the government industry segment.


Bartolac will be the chief liaison and manage Axis' programs for government business development at the federal, state and local levels. He will report to Jumbi Edulbehram, Director of Business Development.


Axis has a long history of selling into the government industry. Bartolac will serve as a focused resource for customers at all levels and will assist in the development of government strategy, with an additional focus on interpreting government objectives and policies as they relate to the industry overall.


Bartolac has more than 20 years' experience in the security industry, with a proven track record of managing and supporting strategic solution sales teams at the enterprise system level. His experience and expertise includes 11 years of selling system solutions to the federal government, both directly and through strategic channel partnerships. He began his career with Honeywell and later served in numerous senior-level positions with GE Security.
