Award-winning security manufacturer, Gallagher Security, has responded to growing demand for Federal solutions by appointing Marty Forman as Business Development Manager for the Federal program.
Marty brings 35 years of industry experience to the role along with a great enthusiasm for turning orange. “There’s a synergy between the teams at Gallagher that I really appreciate,” he says. “Many companies are siloed and it's easy to feel like you’re just a number, but that’s not how Gallagher operates. Everyone is very team and goal oriented and customer satisfaction is our number one drive.”
Marty’s career spans across multiple roles and regions, ranging from integrator to Channel Partner and managing sales across Georgia, Florida, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. In more recent years, his work with large corporate clients, like Coca-Cola, has led him to engage with more complex customers in the Federal Government space.
“Large corporations have similar concerns and needs as the Federal Government because they’re future-focused and fighting major security concerns on a daily basis,” Marty explains. “The threat landscape changes so quickly that both need trusted solutions that help them keep up, so we as manufacturers need to be ahead of the game to deliver the capabilities they need. That’s something Gallagher does remarkably well, and it’s one of the things I’m most excited about in my new role.”
Jeff Fields, Director of Federal, says Marty embodies the ethos of the program and that “the spirit of the team would not accept anything less.”

According to Marty, word about the team’s vision is spreading among Federal customers and he wasn’t surprised to hear that the program was expanding.
“When I saw this opportunity to join the team, I talked to my Federal Government customers about Gallagher and everywhere I asked there was a huge respect for our proven solutions and the quality of our products,” Marty says. “Every one of them has said that they’re really impressed with the company’s focus and dedicated Federal program that’s committed to their specific wants and needs. We understand the environment they work in exceptionally well and it shows.”
