Tremendous growth continues into Q3 with trio of game-changing products released in July.

Hikvision, a manufacturer and supplier of security products and solutions that deliver the ideal combination of high performance and extreme value, bookends a phenomenal Q2 2023 performance with the release of over a dozen new products. The growth continues into Q3, with Hikvision releasing three new series of video security cameras in July alone, including two varifocal cameras, a 180-degree panoramic camera, and 42x Smart Pro PTZs in both 4 MP and 4K resolution. With these new offerings, Hikvision continues to strengthen its position at the forefront of innovation in the industry, delivering state-of-the-art solutions to meet the increasing market demand for reliable, value-driven security technologies.

John Xiao, Vice President of Marketing, at Hikvision USA, said, “At Hikvision, innovation is in our DNA, and we continuously strive to exceed expectations by delivering cutting-edge solutions that address the evolving needs of security professionals and their end-user clients." He added, “Our latest video security releases deliver a host of new features, including 24/7 full-color images, panoramic views, and intelligent tracking, ensuring our customers can effectively safeguard their assets and enhance their situational awareness like never before."

Q2 2023 product release highlights include a new DeepinView TandemVu Bullet Camera for simultaneous scene monitoring, the Value Express Varifocal Camera line, the AcuSense Motorized Varifocal Camera line, the 5 MP AcuSense Fisheye Network Camera, the ColorVu Smart Hybrid Light Camera Series, improved video intercom models, and five new ColorVu Camera models.

To cap off these Q2 releases, Hikvision introduced three new series of video security products in July:

  • 8 MP ColorVu Varifocal Cameras: Featuring a unique fixed F1.0 large aperture Varifocal lens, these cameras provide brighter images for advanced low light performance, while advanced sensor technology optimizes available light. Equipped with Hikvision’s advanced AcuSense Technology, these bullet or dome-style cameras offer easy classification of humans and vehicles. Other key features include a motorized varifocal lens for effortless installation, 130 dB WDR for clear imaging against strong backlight, efficient H.265+ compression, and rugged IP67 and IK10 ratings for water, dust, and vandal resistance.
  • 16 MP 180° PanoVu Network Camera: Transforming the video security landscape, the 180° Stitched 16 MP PanoVu Camera is a panoramic camera that opens up new possibilities for comprehensive and immersive monitoring. Boasting four fixed-focus lenses and an impressive 16 MP resolution, this camera delivers exceptional detail for monitoring both close-up and expansive scenes. Its advanced features include intelligent analysis of people flow trends, making it an ideal choice for enhancing security and safety in public areas.
  • 4K (8 MP) and 4 MP 42x Smart Pro PTZs: Hikvision's latest PTZ cameras empower users with unparalleled control over their environment. These cameras feature 4K (8 MP) or 4 MP resolution, ensuring exceptional imaging performance, especially in low-light conditions thanks to advanced DarkFighter technology.
