The deal translates into a cash purchase price of US$3.2 billion on a debt and cash free basis, representing a multiple of approximately 13x Stanley Security’s estimated adjusted EBITDA 2021.
Securitas has entered into an agreement to acquire the electronic security solutions business from Stanley Security for a cash purchase price of US$3.2 billion on a debt and cash free basis, representing a multiple of approximately 13x Stanley Security’s estimated adjusted EBITDA 2021.
