Their video intercom system is intended to meet the needs of modern apartment buildings. The cloud-based system includes an iOS and Android mobile app so tenants can see and speak with visitors from their smartphone before granting them property access from wherever they are in the world. The mobile app can also be used by tenants to provide themselves with property access as well as manage visitor access for friends, family, and service providers through the use of QR codes.
ButterflyMX further enhances convenience for apartment buildings with key-fobbed elevators by temporarily unlocking these elevators for only the floor the resident lives on.

ButterflyMX’s flexible, cloud-based architecture allows it to be installed in apartment buildings of any size, regardless of the number of tenants.
