Panasonic delivers high performance with durability with new U-Series cameras

Panasonic System Solutions Asia Pacific unveiled its U-Series range of security cameras, featuring 13 high-performance indoor and outdoor cameras designed to meet the security needs of organisations in the healthcare, elderly care, education, retail and hospitality, government and public safety, and transport and logistics sectors. With the ability to deliver high quality images in challenging and dynamic environments at an affordable price, the U-Series cameras are made for quick and easy installation, with longer recording times and the reduced need for hard drive space.

 

Known for its quality and reliability, Panasonic’s U-Series cameras deliver superior day and night-time visibility in low-light situations, using IR-LED to ensure clear colour, quality security images 24/7. Equipped with Panasonic’s iA (Intelligent Auto) technology, the cameras monitor scene dynamics and motion and adjusts camera settings automatically in real-time to reduce distortion, such as motion blur on moving objects. Super Dynamic capabilities allow the cameras to capture a wider range than traditional devices to ensure all locations and areas can be covered, while Corridor Mode adjusts the camera view to ensure stairways and long corridors can be monitored by a single camera. 

 

Designed to be used in all kinds of environments, Panasonic’s U-Series range of cameras offers a wide variety of options, including dome, bullet and boxed designs, varifocal and fixed lens options, full HD, 2 and 4-megapixel models, along with vandal resistant IK10 protection, water and dust protection and anti-corrosion screws for outdoor models.

Each of these three security cameras boasts an impressive Full HD 1080p at 30fps, colour night vision (0.006 to 0.1 lx) and incorporates Super Dynamic 120dB to ensure sharp and clear images during day and night. Its auto speed shutter control captures high quality images of fast-moving objects even under the most challenging and dynamic  environments. 

 

Complementing the Full HD U-Series cameras are the 2 and 4-megapixel models that capture images up to 30fps. With colour night vision capabilities (0.019 to 0.3lx), these models provide outstanding low-light performance in true colour, with low noise for night time applications and Super Dynamic 102dB to ensure sharp and clear images in day and night time scenarios.
