Recognized by major security players as a value-added distribution partner, Autocop Facility Security Division India, a part of the Autocop Group of Companies, carries a wide range of security products, ranging from video to fire safety to access control to home security. With extensive product knowledge, wide product portfolio, and dedicated technology team, Autocop has made a name for themselves in the Indian security market. With over 140 employees in the company's security segment alone, Autocop focuses its marketing on three segments: mass market, SMB, and enterprise.

Carrying competing brands such as Sony and VIVOTEK, Maulik Shah, CEO of Autocop Facility Security Division said they make sure to position each brand so they are not competing with each other. Even when there is competition, they try to make sure that it is healthy competition, not based on price, but on technology. Noting that each brand has a dedicated certified sales team, Autocop believes that they must know each brand's technology and how to trouble shoot problems in order for customers to want to come back to them.

Strong in the fire, intrusion alarm, and IP sectors, Shah noted that they put their best foot forward in these three segments. The company has seen a 25 to 30 percent growth in fire and safety due to fire mandates by the Indian government.

In an effort to create more brand awareness in other markets and better protect their margins, Autocop released their own brand of security products four years ago.
