Korenix launches Jetlink Gateway for efficient protocol connection

When it comes to implementing Industrial Internet of Things, the IoT gateway is one of the components that you cannot miss. It is a mediator application that receives data from local sensors and devices. After receiving data, it will process and send only critical data to the central system. It allows you to collect and transmit information safely and efficiently between the end user, devices and software applications.

 

Korenix had launched its new product line- JetLink, the Industrial Fieldbus Gateway series. It is divided into two different categories: Modbus gateway and Protocol switch. The new product line allows multiple connections and facilitates various Ethernet protocol communications, such as Modbus RTU/TCP and Ethernet /IP. It provides reliable and efficient data converting from devices with different protocols.

JetLink 2308 and JetLink 2108 are new generation of entry-level managed switch products. JetLink 2308/ 2308M support media redundancy protocol master and meet the PROFINET real time standard, while JetLink support Ethernet/ IP protocol.

 

Moreover, the wide power input power (12 to 48 VDC) and wide temperature (-40~75°C) design are dedicated to operating in areas of unstable power and rugged environments.

 

The Protocol switches allow fieldbus and Industrial Ethernet, different protocols to communicate with each other seamlessly. They offer reliable protocol extensibility and provide solution for converting data from different devices with different protocol efficiently. It can reduce the cost and complexity of integrating different devices. In addition, it allows wide power input from 12 to 48 VDC that enables it to remain operating in areas with unstable power.

JetLink 1302 and JetLink 1102 offers fast and reliable protocol solutions between Modbus devices and PROFINET of Ethernet/ IP based systems and PLCs. The devices allow a distributed network architecture that maximizes flexibility and scalability.

 

To collect and exchange data between Modbus RTU/TCP to PROFINET. JetLink 1302 and 1102 are devices that provide simple and cost-effective solution to bring the advantages of fast data transmissions between different devices.

 

Korenix JetLink series are also equipped with compact and robust design. The device is IP30 rated so it can operate in dusty environments. It can also tolerate temperature from -40~75°C, the wide temperature tolerance allows it to operate seamlessly even in harsh environments.

 

The New JetLink series will be exhibited in the Embedded show. Korenix will be in the M2M zone, presenting new product highlight and solutions for IIoT and factory automation.
