Background
Wafra Real Estate (WRE) is one of the biggest real estate companies in The State of Kuwait. Established in 1984, the investment company strived to sustain a distinguished name in the real estate development and investment. Located in the heart of Kuwait, the real estate office building is a complex building which includes many facilities such reception area, meeting rooms, a gym, swimming pool, parking area, etc.
Challenge
Due to the unique layout of the building, WRE needed to find a security system that best fit their needs and protect their asset. They were also finding an installer who can help them find the most suitable products, lead the project, and help them in the future project in case of any change required. In addition to that, due to the regulation of the Kuwaiti government, maintenance and support are two key standards for security installation. Therefore, products with great warranty were also one of the main targets the company was searching for. WRE needs to find an easy-to-install and friendly security system. Solution
The installer selected LILIN’s products, including 41 cameras and 3 NVRs. There were 7 to 9
IPR722 outdoor PTZ cameras are installed at the outside area of the building such as parking area. IPR2322 dome cameras are implemented indoors such as the entrance, the exit, inside the elevators, walkways in the building, the gym. The housing of the camera makes it a suitable camera to stand from the extreme weather in the country. LILIN NVR400L provides an effective solution for SMB sector. Operators can easily record and navigate their IP-based cameras.
