Vic Hsu, the former Managing Director of Synology, will transit to a key role leading the development of system infrastructure and enterprise applications, as well as Synology Support Team. "We value customers' experience most and will continue upgrading our technical support services, making sure it stays abreast of our rapid growth ahead," said Philip Wong, Synology's Founder and Chairman. "
To cope with Synology's rapid expansion, Lu will contribute his expertise in software design and lead the development of networking services, cloud applications, as well as productivity and collaboration software, following the newly released DiskStation Manager (DSM) 6.0 operating system.
James is one of the most outstanding talents we've had, his accuracy in macro-scale decision-making and decade of experience in the industry made him the best candidate to lead Synology at the stage of global expansion, delivering more influential solution designs to more customers," said Wong.

Chen most recently held the pioneering position of General Manager of Synology China, the subsidiary established in 2014. During his 16 years in the industry, Chen is a veteran in software design, sales and marketing strategy making.
