Barracuda Networks introduced its new Barracuda Cloud Video Gateway solution that gives customers management flexibility across multiple third-party ONVIF cameras. Additionally as part of this launch, Barracuda rebranded its CudaEye cloud-based video surveillance product line to CudaCam.

Barracuda Networks introduced its new Barracuda Cloud Video Gateway solution that gives customers management flexibility across multiple third-party ONVIF cameras. The Barracuda Cloud Video Gateway empowers customers with most ONVIF-compliant cameras to simplify physical security management across all devices and locations. Delivered via a hardware appliance, the gateway provides local video storage and advanced management features for use with Barracuda’s own CudaCam or other branded cameras. Customers also can leverage Barracuda’s innovative bandwidth controls to help optimize performance based on network requirements. Additionally as part of this launch, Barracuda rebranded its CudaEye cloud-based video surveillance product line to CudaCam.

 Delivered via a hardware appliance, the gateway provides local video storage and advanced management features for use with Barracuda’s own CudaCam or other branded cameras.

The new Barracuda Cloud Video Gateway provides local video storage and advanced management features for use with CudaCam or other brand cameras. 

As part of this launch, Barracuda also has rebranded its CudaEye cloud-based video surveillance product line as CudaCam. CudaCam is a complete cloud-based video surveillance solution that captures high quality video images and records it directly to Barracuda’s secure cloud. The video is encrypted over the network and can be viewed from any web browser or mobile device. The new Barracuda Cloud Video Gateway provides local video storage and advanced management features for use with CudaCam or other brand cameras. Setup is quick and easy and Barracuda’s innovative bandwidth controls help optimize for specific network’s requirements.

Pricing and availability CudaCam packages are available immediately starting at list price $239.00 USD annually. Delivered as an appliance, Barracuda Cloud Video Gateway is available for $788.00 USD including Energize Updates, with Instant Replacement and Premium Service options available.
