The Product Manager and Senior Management from Pelco's factory were present and updated the attendees on new product development road maps, as well as their growth plan for India. The company has grown consistently over the past few years with double-digit growth year-on-year.
The three-day event covered the latest technology trends in the video surveillance market and introduced Pelco’s entire second-generation IP product line, which included Spectra enhanced, ExSite and Esprit HD cameras. The complete range of 5-megapixel and 12-megapixel fisheye as well as multisensor cameras were also featured while the newly launched VMS solution, Video Xpert was the center of attraction at the event. With the addition of these cameras in the portfolio, the company now offers a comprehensive range of IP video surveillance products, with over 4,230 variants of IP cameras and more to come in the near future.
Partners' efforts were recognized and awarded at the conference. There were several special awards for long-term partnerships awarded to partners who had over 20 years of association in India, showing Pelco's strong presence both locally and abroad. Honeywell Automation India emerged as the top business partner for Pelco products consecutively for the last two years . M/s Expotrade was awarded the long-term partnership award for its 20-year long association with Pelco in India.
One of the most appreciated sessions in the event occurred when the partners were given the opportunity to interact with representatives from Pelco's India service team and service centers. The session covered the history of the products and important points on improving the overall service delivery, quick turnaround time, database management of the serial numbers and warranty services of products sold in India, as well as extended warranty.
Day and night demonstrations conducted indoors and outdoors such as the beach that overlooked the Goa port from a distance, highlighted the low light performance feature of the cameras and its image quality, both of which were highly appreciated by the partners.
