Behavioral Recognition Systems (BRS Labs), creator of AISight, the first artificial intelligence system for enhanced video surveillance that delivers real-time alerts for unexpected activity, announced an alliance with Convergint Technologies, LLC that allows Convergint to integrate AISight systems into Convergint's customer base.
Convergint Technologies is a major service-based integrator that provides electronic security, fire alarm, life safety, healthcare, communications and building automation technologies to enterprise organizations.
This new strategic partnership has already produced a greater than $2 million (USD) purchase. Convergint will use BRS Labs' AISight to identify potential safety and security threats in real-time from multiple video feeds across multiple locations within Convergint's broader safety and security implementation. The two companies will continue to work together to deliver similar enterprise-grade projects within the U.S. and around the world.
“BRS Labs has brought a whole new concept to the intelligent video market,” says Tony Varco, VP, Security Division at Convergint Technologies. “More large security analytics deals now specifically call for behavioral recognition software from BRS Labs than any other vendor.”
Adds John Frazzini, President of BRS Labs, “Convergint and BRS deliver real value to the enterprise security market. Together, we can continue to accelerate AISight's broad acceptance and rapid adoption by the security industry. We're looking forward to working closely with Convergint Technologies on this and many future projects.”
