Panasonic and Toshiba cameras were installed with remote access via iPhone on At&T wireless network with Dedicated Micros solution that enabled managers to view the bank floor at any time no matter their locations. The bank president is very happy with mobile viewing performance and has found the technology to be user friendly and efficient. The ability to be “there” in sense, even while away, has given Jaindyl piece-of-mind and great satisfaction.
“We did not have a solution to provide access to the video from mobile devices, however, it was a specific need that we could only solve through one technology. This project was never intended to reduce current expenses, but to our surprise, it perfectly addresses our needs with the most cost-effective solution we've found,” Turner said.
